These terms apply to the website and apps from Useful Studios, LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms.
App store terms
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard License Agreement. Apps from Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your device's account settings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Services, interfere with how they work, or use them in violation of the law.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Useful Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
